International tenders and public procurements management

• complete analysis of the call for bid and bid requirements (tender dossier) along with report on possibilities of bidder’s participation in the public procurement or international tender
• tender phase planning preparation
• creating checklist with:
  • qualification criteria
  • mandatory documentation for participation
  • main conditions of contract
  • financial collaterals, insurances and similar
• drafting of correspondence/clarification requests between the bidder and the investor in case of any ambiguities in the tender dossier
• support in bid preparation and checking of the entire bid or bid parts/lots (quantity surveying, technical compliance, bill of quantities review or preparation when needed, checking the fulfilment of conditions for participation etc.)
• interpretation of the rules for contracting of the civil works financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia (public procurements), EU funds (PRAG, FIDIC rules of construction works contracting) or by other local and foreign investors, followed by the technical and administrative assistance in bid preparation in line with the stated rules
• translation of the tender dossier and conditions of participation into Serbian or English language upon client’s request
