PROJECT MANAGEMENT – construction and/or operation phase

Project’s general activities management: activities plan, documentation plan, drafting of project standards and procedures, risk management, project parties coordination etc.

Technical control: verification of project documentation compliance with the terms of references or terms of contract with the investor as well as with the legislation in force in the Republic of Serbia; documentation quality control (contract administration), works quality control, works supervision, revision and control of site diary and construction log book altogether with enclosures as well as interim payment certificates 

Financial monitoring and control: creating and monitoring of the project budget in cooperation with clients, financial plan, cost control, cash flow monitoring, control and monitoring of the financial instruments i.e. project collaterals and insurance validity etc. – see more
